These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between evotaya ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("Player," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the evotaya online gaming platform available at evotaya.org and its associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, "the Platform").
By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game rules. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and evotaya.
evotaya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
To register and use the evotaya Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
Age Verification: evotaya conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document confirming your age and identity. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended and balances withheld pending completion of the verification process.
By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable Philippine law.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the evotaya Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. evotaya employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances, bonuses, or winnings may be voided.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. evotaya is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information, including failure to receive OTP codes or password reset links due to an outdated mobile number or email address.
evotaya is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. You agree to provide any documentation requested by evotaya for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or voter's ID), proof of address, and source of funds documentation where required.
Your evotaya account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. evotaya reserves the right to close any account that it reasonably believes is being used by a person other than the registered account holder.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your evotaya login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, including individuals claiming to represent evotaya. evotaya support staff will never ask for your password.
You must notify evotaya immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised. evotaya will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
evotaya strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. evotaya reserves the right to require additional verification steps before processing withdrawals or account changes where it suspects unauthorized access or fraudulent activity.
evotaya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. evotaya does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the evotaya account. Before processing any withdrawal, evotaya may require completion of KYC verification. evotaya reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any withdrawal request. Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to change.
The following funding sources are strictly prohibited on the evotaya Platform: cryptocurrency of any kind, credit card gambling deposits, and any payment method not listed in Section 5.1. Deposits made via prohibited methods will be returned where technically possible; where return is not possible, the funds may be held pending investigation.
Cryptocurrency deposits are not accepted. evotaya does not accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other cryptocurrency. Credit cards may not be used to fund gambling accounts in accordance with Philippine regulations. Any attempt to deposit via these methods will be declined.
evotaya offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term shall prevail with respect to that bonus only.
All games available on the evotaya Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the server-side result, the server-side result shall be deemed correct and final.
evotaya uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the specific table variant in play. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed for all slot and table games in the game information panel.
Bets placed and accepted are final. evotaya reserves the right to void bets where a technical error, human error, or manifest pricing error has occurred. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account. evotaya's decision on the validity of any bet is final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the evotaya Platform:
evotaya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold associated balances pending investigation, and report suspected criminal activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
All content on the evotaya Platform — including but not limited to the evotaya brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of evotaya or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of evotaya.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, evotaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
evotaya does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond evotaya's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. evotaya will not be liable for losses arising from such unavailability.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit evotaya's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
evotaya collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
evotaya implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and access controls, to protect your personal data. evotaya will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or these Terms.

Upon account closure for cause, evotaya may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to the player via the original payment method. evotaya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter your rights) may take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and evotaya, you agree to first contact evotaya support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
evotaya's decisions on all gaming matters — including the validity of bets, the outcome of games, and the application of bonus terms — are final and binding, subject only to manifest error or fraud.
